The staff at Little Kingdom Children's Center is qualified to care for young children. All teachers have an education in child development with special training in their particular area of expertise. The Little Kingdom Children's Center staff possesses patience, creativity, and an understanding of the development of young children.

Teacher meetings are held weekly to correlate ideas and the curriculum. General staff meetings are held one night each month to allow staff opportunities to share ideas and to coordinate topics. We also use this time to discuss any special concerns we may have concerning the children.

We encourage our staff to continue to work on improving their skills. During the year our staff attend workshops and classes which address child care, child development, self-esteem, and other related topics.

Each member of the staff brings to us a unique style and experience that makes us a diverse group of people with a common interest. That interest is to provide a safe and enriching environment for our children so they may unfold into their own special person.
